QTW 18 - QuickTime For Windows, Multiple Sound Tracks, QTW 2.0.1 (1-May-95)

Multiple sound tracks are supported under QuickTime for Windows 2.0.1. However, only one sound track can be active at a time. You can enable and disable tracks using the SetTrackActive call.

You should test for the QuickTime for Windows version before using multiple sound tracks. You can do this by examining the result from the QTInitialize call, which returns the current release value in the passed lplVersion parameter (see page 240 of the QuickTime for Windows Developer's manual for more information).
